Raphael
Kandalaft
Director
Raphael is the co-founder and Director of Pharma Knowhow.
He has gathered over 30 years of experience in general management in the pharmaceutical field across most of the Middle East with Hoffman-La Roche Ltd. Raphael started his career in Lebanon, moved to Jordan, then moved to Kuwait as Regional delegate for the Upper Gulf. Raphael came to Dubai as the Regional Market Manager and later as General Manager for the UAE Management Center (Gulf States, Near East, Iran, Yemen, and Pakistan).
During his career, he mastered management skills in the pharmaceutical field and was able to implement creative and country-specific solutions to increase market access in the most difficult-to-penetrate markets.
Sherief is the co-founder and Director of Pharma Knowhow.
He has gathered over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing within the Middle East. Sherief started his career with Hoffman-La Roche Ltd. as a Medical Representative in Abu Dhabi, then moved to Kuwait as a Product Specialist.
Sherief began his marketing career when he came to Dubai first as Group Project Manager. Sherief was then appointed as the Marketing Manager and later as the Business Director for the Gulf States, Iran, and Yemen.
Sherief has mastered the diagnostic art of finetuning paths to the success of product launches, sales activities implementation, and the acceleration of market access for innovative biotech products.
